Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all robotic lawn mowers within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies)
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@mowboticsolutions.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
