1. Return Window
You may return your robotic lawn mower within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.
2. Return Conditions
- The item must be in new-unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- Products that show signs of any use are not eligible for a refund.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team contact@mowboticsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
